Booking Process

Reservation Inquiry

1.Selection

To find accommodation, use the main search menu on our homepage or click the “Book Now” button. You can enter your search criteria such as destination, dates of stay, and number of guests. Once you find the appropriate accommodation, fill out the “Reservation Inquiry” form to proceed with the booking.

2.Booking Form

Please carefully fill out this form with your personal details and information about your travel, including preferred dates of stay, number of guests, and any special requests. Once you have completed the form, click the “Send Inquiry” button to send your inquiry.

After you submit the “Reservation Inquiry” form, our customer service will send you an email within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends and holidays) to inform you about the availability of the accommodation. If the accommodation is available, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the reservation process and select a payment method.

3.Confirmation of Reservation and Payment

When we notify you of the availability of the accommodation, you need to confirm your reservation. No advance payment or deposit is required. Upon arrival at Mountain Maison Hotel & Restaurant, you will pay the total amount due for your stay. This ensures a smooth and straightforward booking process.
